The Eldan Light Fraction Sorter (LFS) is engineered to separate mixed material streams into light and heavy fractions using an intelligent air-flow system. Ideal for optimizing output in recycling processes as the LFS increases recovery rates, reduces contamination, and improves downstream material quality.
How it Works
Material is introduced into a zig-zag-shaped funnel where a centrifugal ventilator generates a vertical airflow. As the material moves downward, lighter particles are carried upward with the air stream and transported to a cyclone for separation, while heavier material exits through an air-lock at the base.
