About the event

TÜRKTAY – Türkiye’s Waste Management Conference is one of Türkiye’s established industry events focusing on waste management, recycling, circular economy and green transformation.

The 16th TÜRKTAY will take place on 21–22 October 2026 in Ankara, under the theme “The Triple Transformation of Waste in the COP31 Process.”

The two-day event brings together industry professionals, government representatives, academics, technology providers and recycling companies through:

Conferences, panels and forums
Technical workshops
B2B meetings and networking
Discussions around waste policy, financing and new technologies
Dedicated sessions on e-waste, special waste, RDF/SRF and deposit return systems

The 2026 event is expected to feature around 100 speakers and 1,000 participants, making it a relevant meeting point for the Turkish waste and recycling industry.
